Welcome to the central Helpdesk for all support departments of The City of London Academy - Southwark.

We are dedicated to providing the best possible support for teaching and learning at the City of London Academy

Please NOTE: You do not need to create a new password for this service. You can login with your Academy Google Apps account by choosing GMail on the login page and enter your full @cityacademy.co.uk e-mail address.

By logging in to the helpdesk you can:

• create new tickets for ParentPay, ICT, Premises, MIS, Reprographics, HR, General Office and Finance.
• get the status of your existing tickets as they are answered by our staff.
• add comments, updates and answer our questions.
• attach files for printing etc.
• access the Knowledge base to answer commonly asked questions.
